			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Abuja - The National Universities Commission (NUC) has announced the blacklisting of five additional &#8220;fake&#8221; universities bringing to a total of 15 of such this year alone, so far closed and operating illegally, in the Nigeria.</p>
<p>The blacklisted schools are Blacksmith University, Awka, St Paul University College, Awka, both in Anambra State; and, Rev. D.O. Ockiya College of Theology and Management Sciences, Ogbia, Bayelsa State.</p>
