Brazillian Striker - Kaka is 2007 World Footballer of the Year
Zurich - 25-year old Brazilian and European footballer of the year, Ricardo Kaka, is the 2007 FIFA World Player of the Year, ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations football tournament.
The Brazillian and AC Millan UEFA Champion’s league winner, was crowned ahead of Argentine Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo of Portugal, and is the fifth Brazilian star after Romario, Ronaldo, Rivaldo and Ronaldinho to claim soccer’s top individual prize.
