Tribune - Wonders they say, shall never end in Nigeria! Traitor and former running mate to acclaimed winner of the June 12, 1999 presidential elections in Nigeria, Late ChiefSecretary to the Federal Government - Babagana Kingibe M.K.O. Abiola, and current Secretary to the Federal Government (SGF), Alhaji Babagana Kingibe, is said to be nursing presidential ambition to succeed, current president, Musa Yar’adua, should the latter be deposed at the election tribunal.

Nigeria Tribune newspapers is reporting that Kingibe has been actively lobbying various PDP stakeholders and other opposition party leaders to support him in his bid to succeed Yar’Adua. It will be totally insane if anyone vote or support this traitor as president. One will recall how he abandoned MKO after the June 12 election was annulled in 1999. He was even one of the first persons to take a ministerial position in the IBB/Abacha regime.

Such a man will sell Nigeria to the highest bidder when the going gets tough for a loaf of bread. Nigerian should reject this man totally. He is not even fit to hold any leadership position ever again. If the stories making round are anything to go by, Kingibe will have to fight it out with IBB, who we (Naijawire.com) reported in a previous post, is also very interested in succeeding Yar’Adua with the backing of former president, Obasanjo (OBJ). The only obvious situation in the current disposition is that President Yar’Adua may actually be counting his days at Aso-Rock sooner than later.

Time of course will tell…
