Only in Nigeria - Serving State Commisioner beaten and detained by the Police

Nigerian Tribune (Ibadan) - A serving state commisioner for environment and water resources under the administration of current Oyo State Government, Alhaji Majekodunmi Aborode, got the jungle style of justice which is now synonymous with the Nigeria Police force, on Saturday while according to him, he was performing his legal duties. This for sure can only happen in Nigeria!

Although, the Police force has a different version of the what really took place, the commissioner was said to have been beaten by an Inspector of Police for “obstructing justice” being performed on his [commisioner’s orderly].
